The following spiritual assessment process will give you opportunity to examine your life so that you have proper perspective of the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

This spiritual assessment tool comes from Lifeway. However, for our purposes in CORE we are recommending that you use pages 1-6 & 11-12. We did not feel the other pages which included the Spiritual Growth Observance Page and the Growth Plan would be helpful in our small group format.
