Jesus is the perfect image of God.

You were created in the image of God.

Sin corrupts the image of God within us.

You were created to look like Jesus.

Dallas Willard says it this way: you were made to be and do whatever Jesus would be and do if he were you. If he lived in your shoes, had your family, your friends, your enemies, your neighbors, your house, your dog, your clothes and your job.

Jesus answers the questions: Who is God? Who are we?

We were created in the image of God, but the temptation is to create God in our own image.

In Jesus we see the template God use to create humanity. We see who we were designed to become.
