Adult Life Groups

Connect in community as our adult life groups study the questions Jesus asked. Life groups meet throughout the week across the greater Springfield area. View our adult life groups.

Rooted

Begins Sunday, September 12 at 6 p.m. 

Rooted is a simple and proven method to make disciples. Rooted isn’t simply a Bible study or a book. It is a community experience where you will practice seven rhythms that will help you connect to God, the church and your purpose in God’s story. Rooted will last 10 weeks with 10 gatherings on your small group night, 2 extra group experiences and a Celebration service at the end of the 10 weeks. Sign up for Rooted.

Northside Youth Fall Kickoff: Water Slide & Mud Bowl

3-6 p.m. Sunday, August 29

Kick off the fall semester with Northside Youth with a water slide and mud bowl on Sunday, August 29 from 3-6 p.m. This event is free and open to all 5th-12th grade students.

Student Life Groups

Begins Sunday, September 12

Our goal is for students to experience Christian community within a small group of their peers who are the same gender and age. We place adult mentors who are absolutely committed to loving our students and taking them into a deeper relationship with God as they do life together. Life groups are available for middle school students in grades 7-8 and for high school students in grades 9-12.

Children’s Christmas Program

Begins Sunday, September 12

Kids in grade K-6 are invited to take part in NCC’s annual Christmas Program with weekly practices and a final performance on Dec. 12. Registration is now open!

Ladies Bible Study

Begins Tuesday, Sept. 14 and Wednesday, Sept. 15

Featuring small group breakout sessions and worship, our Ladies Bible Study runs from September to April on both Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings. The fall study will be Priscilla Shirer’s study, “Elijah.” Childcare is available for our Wednesday morning study with pre-registration. Registration for both studies is now open.

Night of Worship

6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11 at NCC

Representatives from worship teams at 5 different churches across the Springfield area join together for a night of worship at the cross.

All Church Picnic

4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park

Join the NCC family for a picnic at the farm park. Bring your blanket and lawn chairs. Food details coming soon.
